British Army Lieutenant Kenneth Wootton kept a diary during his time in the trenches in France during World War 1. As you can see from the images above, he was quite a talented artist. What’s amazing about this story is that Wootton’s 120-page journal has been hidden away for over 90 years. I hope this wonderful artifact makes it into print or in to some online digital archive.
