These guys have been growing so quickly it’s amazing. Look at the previous post here, which I posted on May 11 and you’ll see for yourself. As I walked towards them today, the young ones started walking rapidly towards me and came within about five feet before the mother started quietly hissing at me (or maybe them), and I backed off, knowing that there’s nothing quite so dangerous as a pissed off Canada Goose. It’s been fun to watch them grow, especially so close to my house. If you look carefully you can see their adult feathers starting to grow out through the baby down.
