I promise not to post many political tirades on this site, but…
Dick Cheney helped destroy this country’s credibility and honor in his eight years as VP/puppet master. Now he’s attempting to secure his legacy by lying, in the hope that the drooling masses who take Fox News as gospel will believe him. Frank Rich takes him on in his latest column, and the facts Rich uses to deny Cheney’s rabid claims are irrefutable. Like Rich or hate him, all the lies are listed and categorically examined, and I doubt anyone can honestly stand up and say that Cheney is right (or ever has been).

Perhaps you like the tone of Rich’s column, but the mere gainsay of Cheney’s calm speech doesn’t constitute a valid argument. Branch out a bit, Tony. The NYT is dying in a large part because it persists in selling opinion as news. I suggest you try thinking for yourself, rather than just taking what you read on the Huffpo as unbiased gospel.
The Fox opinion shows are labeled as such and should be taken as such; their straight news is actually quite devoid of opinion. However, the same can’t be said of NBC, CBS, CNN, etc., no matter what you read to the contrary on your left wing sites.
