Yoiks. I don’t indulge (anymore), but I think this country’s “War Against Drugs” is as stupid as the 18th Amendment to the Constitution. It promotes illegal behavior, gives money to the wrong people, and denies the palliative effects of THC to those who need it. This Time Magazine article about Portugal, which decriminalized all personal possession of drugs in 2001 should serve as an eye opener to those who feel we should still be pursuing those draconian, ridiculous laws.
